Who I am
This website belongs to Jordan Griffiths, trading as Grifflow, a freelance developer based in Honduras. Contact: [email protected] or WhatsApp +504 9718-9726.
What this website collects
Nothing directly. This site has no cookies, no tracking and no analytics. The contact form doesn't send or store anything: it opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message ready, and you choose whether to send it. Fonts and images are served from this website itself, not from third parties.
Hosting
The website host may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. This is handled under the host's own privacy policy.
Information you send me
When you contact me by WhatsApp, email or phone, I receive what you choose to share: usually your name, contact details, business name and project details. If you become a client, I also keep project files, quotes, contracts and invoices.
How I use it
Only to reply to you, prepare quotes, deliver and support your project, send invoices and keep the records the law requires. I never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who else is involved
Messages travel through the services you choose, such as WhatsApp (Meta) or email (Google Gmail), under their own privacy policies. On client projects, I may use trusted tools such as hosting, code storage and design software to do the work.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records such as contracts and invoices are kept as long as Honduran tax and business law requires.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, unless the law requires me to keep it. Just send a message to the contact details above.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date. If I add analytics or cookies in future, I'll update this policy first.
